“Charm City Youth Lacrosse began as a 501c3 program, as it continues today in 2009 as a free program by former Attorney General - Doug Gansler, when we were located at Carroll Park.
We then expanded to Patterson Park and The YMCA on 33rd St and many youth tournaments, as well as playing in the Maryland Youth Lacrosse Association.
I was recruited by Artie West, the most recent Executive Director to come onto the Board in 2016, as I had been helping for many years in the past. That led to establishing the Charm Nation Program which saw 100% recruited to various colleges.
Our primary goal is to introduce the game and help them stay on a good path for academic excellence.”
